REGISTRATION:

How do I register?

Do I need to register before I place an order?

No, you don’t need to register before placing an order. However, you will need to provide your email account during checkout, so that we can send your order confirmation and tracking number after your order has been shipped. You will still have the opportunity to create an account after you have placed your order.

Why should I register with Toothlet?

Registering is fast, free and easy! Here are the benefits:

1. You will be the first to know about any new promotions or discounts availale on our site.
2. Get access to extra discounts only available to our Toothlet Members.
3. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing address every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
4. You can browse, shop and complete your order at a later time. The items that on your Shopping Cart will be saved so when you come back later, you will not have to search for and re-select the items again.

     

    ORDERS:

    What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment by credit card: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

    Do prices displayed on the website include taxes?

    We are upfront about our pricing and we hate hidden fees. All prices displayed on our website are all inclusive, so there's no need to worry about any taxes or shipping fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

    Do you restock items that are sold out?

    Yes, we restock items regularly. If you can’t wait to get your hand on one of our items, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We start preparing your order immediately after it is verified, this makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order once it has been verified, however, we will do our best to support your request.

    What countries do you ship to?

    Where can I locate my tracking number?

    Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account and checking your Order History. Select the order you're looking to track, and your tracking number will be found on that page. If you are unable to find the tracking number, please contact us.

    One of my items was shipped damaged, what do I do?

    We apologize in advance, it’s not a frequent incidence but post mail services are out of our control so it might be a risk. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days after you have received your item and we will help you as quickly as possible.

    There is an error in the shipping address that I provided, what do I do?

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you made an error in your shipping address. We will only be able to edit your shipping address before your order has shipped.

    My tracking number shows that my item should have been delivered by now but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

    Please check all areas where a delivery may have taken place (community mailbox, the front desk of an apartment building, a neighbor’s house). If the order has not been found, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

     

    GIFT CARDS:

    Can gift cards be reloaded?

    No, you can't reload a gift card.

    Can a gift card be used more than once?

    Of course, as long as there is still a balance remaining on the card.

    Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

    Yes. You can redeem as many gift cards as you need during checkout as long as they have a positive balance.

    How do I check my balance?

    You can contact us by clicking here. Let us know your gift card code number and we will be happy to let you know your balance.

    Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

    Sorry, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

    Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

    Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

    Can I apply a discount to the purchase of a gift card?

    Most discounts cannot be applied to gift cards. It will depend on the terms of the discount.

    Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

    Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

     

    REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

    What is your Return Policy for items purchased online?

    I received my order but an item I ordered does not fit, can I exchange?

    Apparel and Footwear can only be exchanged once for a different size. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

    How can I Exchange or Return an Item?

    Returning an item is very easy. Just follow the instructions visiting our Return Center by clicking here

    How soon will I receive a refund for my online return?

    Refunds are processed within 15 business days after your return is received. Check out our refund policy here for more details.

     

    BUNDLES

    How do bundles work?

    Selected items qualify for Bundle Deals! You can combine related items to form a bundle and unlock huge discounts or buy items in bulk at a discounted price.

    How do I know if a product qualifies for a Bundle?

    If there is a bundle available for a product, the bundle will be clearly visible on the product page in the area between the product images and the product description. You can also click here to check out all available Bundles.

    Why isn’t the Bundle discount working?

    Our checkout system only allows one discount per purchase, so if you are using a discount code, the bundle discount would not apply. If you would like to purchase two different bundles, you can place two separate orders to make sure you get the best price possible.

     

    OTHER:

    If the promotion changes, can I receive a price adjustment on a previous purchase?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow price adjustments on previous purchases.

    I am a fashion blogger/influencer, how can I collaborate with Toothlet?

    We are always on the lookout to collaborate with amazing bloggers and influencers! If you are a fashion blogger or influencer and are interested in working with us, please contact us and tell us about yourself. Please also include a web URL for your blog or instagram profile.

    Can I purchase products from you in bulk?

    Of course! You can check out all our bundles and bulk buy discounts by cllicking here. If your interested on a product thats not in bulk, please contact us and we will make a bulk discount for you.

    Why isn't my discount code working?

    You can only use one discount code per purchase, so if you have several discount codes, just use the one with the highest discount.
