Refund and Return Policy

At Toothlet, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist.

RETURNS:

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Certain items, such as personalized, intimate, or hygiene products, may not be eligible for return.

    • Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preferences. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts and images carefully before purchasing.

  • Return Window:

    • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

  • Process:

    1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at shop@toothlet.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos clearly showing any defect or damage.

    2. Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

    3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

REFUNDS

  • Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

  • Delayed or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven't received a refund after 30 days, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.

EXCHANGES:

  • Eligibility:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Photos showing the defect or damage must be provided.

    • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at shop@toothlet.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include photos clearly showing any defect or damage.

    • Footwear and apparel can be exchanged once for the same item, sizing up or sizing down. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at shop@toothlet.com.

    • Products purchased on sale or using discount coupons cannot be exchanged.

    • You must provide photos if you received the incorrect size compared to what was ordered, if the product is defective, or if it does not match the description.

Shipping Returns

  • Address:

    • To obtain the return address, please contact us at shop@toothlet.com. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

    • For high-value items, consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Sale Items

    • Only regular-priced items may be exchanged or refunded; sale items and items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Eligibility:

    • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed.

  • Process:

    • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at shop@toothlet.com with your order number.

    • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at shop@toothlet.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Returns

  • For international orders, return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays Due to Unforeseen Events

Courier companies may modify their delivery processes due to unforeseen events such as pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), wars, natural disasters, or conflicts, which may impact delivery times. Despite these circumstances, even severely delayed items are being delivered to our customers. If your item has been in transit for more than 6 weeks, you can request a 50% refund of your order. We will not process a full refund for any orders that are still in transit. Once you have received the item, you may return it for a full refund as stated in our "Returns" section.
